The agreement can be considered official under the following terms:
When you place an order to buy a product from laboglob.com GmbH, we will send you an email confirming receipt of your order and containing the details of your order. Your order represents an offer to us to purchase a product, which is accepted by us when we send email confirmation to you that we have dispatched your goods (the ‘dispatch confirmation email’). It is the customer’s responsibility to save a copy of and/or print this contract for future reference. Any products in the same order that are not included in the dispatch confirmation email do not form part of this contract. As long as there is no official agreement, laboglob.com reserves the right to change prices and other conditions.
Sales/returns
The customer is allowed to cancel their contract in writing or in another durable medium, e.g. letter, fax, email, within 14 days (10 working days) of receiving the original package.
In order to exercise their right to return, the customer is not required to return the goods within the cooling off period, but must inform the headquater laboglob.com (laboglob.com GmbH, Hauptstrasse 42, 78244 Gottmadingen, Telefon +49 7731 9128400 Fax +49 7731 9128401, info@laboglob.com) The delivery address KDT Krug Daten Technik c/o laboglob.com GmbH, Bahnhofstrasse 19, 78244 Gottmadingen, in writing/another durable medium of their intention to withdraw from the contract within this time limit.
If the goods are unused and returned, laboglob.com will refund the purchase amount excluding shipping costs. Goods are refunded within 40 days.
If you wish to return your goods please use the facilities at your nearest post office. Alternatively, you can call or email to the laboglobl.com team and use our collection service. Goods are returned at the customer’s expense.

When returning your goods, please enclose a completed returns form, which is delivered with your goods or can be downloaded from our website. On this form you must tell us what action you wish us to take, e.g. placement, refund, etc. To improve our products and services, it would help us if could detail the reason why you wish to return your item(s). Please also enclose a copy of the original invoice.
